Welcome to Day 1 of the 5 Day Challenge.

If this is your first course with me, then please take these steps to complete your sign up and make sure you are able to receive my emails and/or text messages:

2. look for an email from me "Brenda@MintTeaYoga.com" with the subject line "MintTeaYoga: Please Confirm Subscription" and
3. click the link in the email "Yes, subscribe me to this list".
Sometimes the email can take a few minutes to arrive, or it may accidentally be put in your spam folder.
Please keep an eye on your email and/or mobile phone for details of the classes. I will email you the class video link on each day of the 5 day challenge.
